    •    Age & Language:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet the English language requirement (typically CEFR Level B2 or equivalent).
    •    Financial Requirements:
You must be financially self-sufficient. Notably, unlike previous schemes, there is no fixed minimum investment amount required under this route.
 

    •    Pathway to Settlement:
Successful visa holders can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after three years, provided their business remains active and meets performance criteria.

Your immediate family, including your spouse/partner and children under 18, can join you in the UK.
    •    Work Flexibility:
While your primary focus is your business, you may also take on additional highly skilled work (provided it meets RQF Level 3 or above).
